OWJ PROTECTED CASE SYSTEM — V6

Give Them a Fighting Chance.

Anonymous does not mean vague. OWJ is designed so the reporter does not have to identify themselves, while the situation needing help is described clearly enough to route.

TEST MODE — FICTIONAL INFORMATION ONLY
CREATE A PROTECTED TEST CASE

WHO + WHERE + WHAT + WHEN first

Credentials are issued only after the minimum routable information is completed and the protected case is created.

BEFORE YOU USE OWJ — PRIVACY, SUPPORT & LEGAL REQUESTS

OWJ is not a police department, emergency service, investigative agency, law firm, or government agency. If someone is in immediate danger, use the emergency service available where you are whenever it is safe to do so.

Your identity is not required to create an OWJ case. Your Case ID may be shared with OWJ support when you need help with an existing case. Your private PIN belongs only to you. OWJ staff should never ask you for your private PIN.

Ordinary Foundation administration is designed to use case and routing information without routinely opening protected report contents. Requests from law enforcement, attorneys, organizations, or other third parties do not automatically provide access to protected case contents.

Where disclosure is legally required, protected records are intended to go through a separate verified legal-request process under applicable law. OWJ can only provide information the system actually retains. Exact legal language and procedures require jurisdiction-appropriate professional review before public launch.

Before starting: If you leave before creating the protected case, this unsaved form cannot be recovered. Do not enter real incidents or sensitive evidence in this prototype.
After case creation: you receive an OWJ Case ID and private 6-digit PIN. Leaving the protected area locks it. A production armed case can use the agreed 3-attempt/5-minute and 5-day safety failsafes. This test version never transmits anything.

FOUNDATION TEST AREA

Case Support & Legal Request Workflow

This prototype demonstrates the separation between reporter access and Foundation administration. It does not unlock protected report contents.

Foundation support does not use the reporter PIN. Search by Case ID for administrative status only.

Legal Request Intake — Test

A request does not itself authorize disclosure. Production would require verification and review under applicable law.

AFTER A REPORT

Somewhere safer to make contact

If it is safe to leave, a reporter may choose a normal public place where they feel comfortable—such as a hospital, library, community center, place of worship, or another busy public location—and contact the appropriate local authority or service from there. These places are not represented as OWJ partners. The Case ID may be referenced; the private PIN should never be shared.
